VKUE type machines can be used for surface finishing of metal and nonmetal work pieces. This series has large screen area and allows easy separation of work pieces from the media.
VKU type machines can be used for surface finishing of metal and nonmetal work pieces. This series does not have a separation screen. Generally used for big volume and delicate surfaced work pieces.
VKT machines can be used for surface finishing of metal and nonmetal work pieces. This type of machines are generally used for too long and large volume surfaced work pieces.
VKDT-type machines can be used for the surface finishing of small-volume metal and nonmetal work pieces. Those machines enable users to obtain faster and effective process results than vibration machines.
VKK type vibration dryer machines can be used for drying the surface of wet finished parts. These machines have heaters inside of the bowl for heating corn cobs. The corn cobs are used for achiving spotless and polished surface of the parts.
VKJ type machines can be used for surface finishing processes for new or used vehicle and motorbike wheels of up to 24 diameter.
VKS type machines can be used for surface finishing of small volume metal and nonmetal work pieces. Those machines help users to achive faster and more effective finishing process than vibratory machines finishing process.
VKSK type machines can be used for drying process with hot air of small volume wet metal and nonmetal work pieces. VKYA type machines can be used for degreasing process of metal and nonmetal sawdust.
VKYE type machines can be used for separating work pieces from media. These machines genarally use with VKU , VKO and VKS type machines. VKBC can be used for transferring the work pieces. This machine can be produced in different sizes based on the request.
These products are used for deburring, polishing and drying processes. They consist of ceramic and plastic grindign medias, porcelain polishing medias, surface treatment chemicals and drying granules.
